Really good stay!
attentive staff immaculate standard fantastic room convenient pool
The staff was attentive. They always were very good. The hotel maintained immaculate standards. Even the pathways were brushed daily, removing fallen leaves. My room was fantastic. It was steps away from the pool.
The baby cot needs an upgrade.

The gym has adequate equipment including treadmills. A pool table is available for guest use. Guests have access to complimentary kayaks. Guests can also use stand up paddleboards free of charge.

The staff was friendly. The hotel provided a complimentary one-way airport transfer. The reception staff assisted us to book our return car ferry trip. Nan was a very helpful waitress.

The hotel room was large. It had ample beds! It was nice to have an ocean view, albeit a bit obscured. The air-conditioning was STRONG, the TV had streaming services.

The staff members were SO lovely. They helped with anything I needed, like directions and recommendations. Breakfast included different traditional options, a VERY welcome variety. The resort sits right on the beach. Kayaks and paddle boards were available.
The gym is small. It could use a couple more weight machines.

Breakfast included both Asian and Western dishes. The selection changed daily. The restaurant had indoor and outdoor seating areas. Prices were reasonable for a resort restaurant. The quality was consistent.

The pool area included sun loungers and umbrellas. A small fitness center had basic equipment. The resort provided complimentary kayaks and paddleboards for guest use. A tour desk was available to arrange local excursions.

My room had a comfortable bed and a seating area. There was a balcony with a view of the garden. The bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub. A refrigerator and coffee maker were provided.

The staff was ALWAYS helpful and attentive. Check-in was quick and efficient. Housekeeping did an excellent job. My room was kept clean.
